AABB
BBCS is a proud member of the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB), an international, not-for-profit association representing individuals and institutions involved in the field of transfusion medicine and cellular therapies. This association supports high standards amongst the nation’s community blood banks and hospital transfusion centers. BBCS has been actively involved with AABB and the annual AABB convention since the 1980s, and we continue to support the organization and our member clients in their commitment to optimizing patient and donor care and safety.
National Blood Foundation
BBCS has been contributing to the National Blood Foundation’s mission since 1997. BBCS recognizes their vital role in supporting research and education towards the best treatment and practices for blood banking and transfusion medicine.
