It’s that time of year again! The 2010 BBCS User Group meeting is just around the corner. This year’s meeting is being held in sunny Jacksonville, FL from June 13-15 and has an exciting schedule of events lined up. Jacksonville is home to The Blood Alliance, a 15+ year client of BBCS who has just recently implemented the Self Registration Questionnaire (SRQ). We are excited to have several speakers from the industry including Dale Malloy (CEO of The Blood Alliance) and Kellie Kerr (Director of Technologies at America’s Blood Centers). Kellie will be discussing and updating the group on current and future ABC initiatives including the new AIM project. Last year’s User Group event hosted over 40 guests and this year we are expecting a similar turnout (over 70% of clients represented). BBCS User Group is an opportunity for us to update our clients on what’s going on with BBCS, discuss relevant industry news, and is a great opportunity for client networking and sharing of ideas. Some of the topics that are slated to be covered are: customer service updates, ICCBA update, a BBCS Primary Application 5.4 overview and discussion around the exciting new Collection Services software.
