Implementation Services

As a client begins implementation of a new application, they are presented with a Management Guide to Implementation. The management guide provides an explanation of the steps required to successfully implement the application and to create an implementation binder to present to a regulatory inspector. Each management guide is divided into the following individual sections:

• Go-live

The implementation management system on BCSW includes the following key features:

• Task and resource management (status, duration, detailed action items)
• Timeline, status and Go-Live evaluation (detailed task information and charting)
