Self Registration & On-Line Questionnaire (SRQ) brings an exciting new technology to your blood center. Incorporated with the primary application, questionnaire processing is a suite of modules that can be utilized to assist with the automation of the donor collection process, resulting in a significant reduction in daily management. SRQ can be configured to replace or complement a blood center’s current registration process. SRQ allows donors to perform self-registration and/or respond to donation history questionnaires and is equipped with the ability to read bar coded donor identification cards.
