BBCS Welcomes New Director of Sales and Customer Service

Auburn, WA – Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc. (BBCS) is expanding to meet the growing opportunities and software needs within the Blood Banking industry.

BBCS continually strives to meet clients’ needs and stay on top of new technology, sales and services. Over the past two years, BBCS has seen a steady growth in business and new opportunities. To meet these new demands, BBCS has expanded their Executive Leadership Team to include a new position, Director of Sales and Customer Service.

BBCS welcomes Joseph Squillacioti as the new Director of Sales and Customer Service. As the new director, he will be responsible for all aspects of client-related services and support as well as the sales and implementation of all products and services at BBCS.

Mr. Squillacioti comes to BBCS with over 20 years of global sales and management experience in the telecommunications industry where he had a sustained track record of developing new business and increasing market share. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, Boston, MA and he recently completed his Master’s Degree from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA where he focused on Management and Operation Research.

With the BBCS Executive Leadership Team complete, the company looks forward to continued focus on growth, product development, customer support and operational efficiencies.
